About Alison

Designer, Merchandiser, & Illustrator

Alison is a graduate of New York's renowned Fashion Institute of Technology. She has been trained in fashion merchandising & management (including product development, buying, planning, allocation, and store operations). She has worked in the fashion industry in New York City as a designer for over 5 years. Previously having studied visual arts, Alison has maintained an ongoing interest in drawing, painting, and photography. She is constantly doodling & seeking new creative outlets to add to her repertoire.

Alison finds inspiration in the usually unnoticeable. She loves drawing ideas from her surroundings, whether that be someone’s shoes on the subway or the flowers in the local park. These inspirations make for sweet but thoughtful designs. Sustainability in the fashion industry also strikes a special cord in her heart. Through her work in the industry, she hopes to help push toward a future that is less wasteful and more friendly to the world and its people.
